Day 45 - Lots of Company

Five month-old Rain Mountain Spice Girl Mia came for a visit with her family. Mia was smitten by the puppies. She kept running back and forth on one side of the x-pen with the puppies chasing her on the other.
When I decided that Koyuk would be cool with Mia touching the puppies and that Mia was worn out enough to not be to rough, I open the gate to the play yard.
Mia's family also got to play with the puppies.
The puppies with Mia and Koyuk.
 Mia with Ms Silver.
Grandma Cedar found a perch where she could watch over the canine children.
Everyone got to experience how fast the little ones could run in 8 different direction. "How many do you have over there?" was the mantra for the morning.
After playing with the puppies: swimming and Chinook tag with the older dogs while the puppies napped: and more free puppy play it was time to head back to Portland. Mia said goodbyes by rolling around in the grass and getting through-the-fence kisses. She really did not want to leave and the puppies did not want her to leave.
Soon afterward BrownStone Lupin's family cane to visit. Anna became a tug toy...
 and climbing obstacle...
 and snuggle friend.
 Handsome Pahto
 McKenzie, Cedar, Koyuk and Lupin.
Is there really anything cuter than little girls and puppies?
 Yesterday's King-of-the-Hill box is today's cradle.
Almost too much puppy attention for tired Klara.

After Anna left, Koyuk took a head count to see if Anna had convinced her mom that they really should take Ms Silver home.
