Day 31

The puppies have graduated to paper bedding, which is way more fun than cloth to play with (and a lot easier for me). There actually is a nice fluffy towel under their sleeping corner but they have chosen to cover it with paper too. This morning we had a special visitor, Susan Fletcher of Frontier Chinooks. Susan was McKenzie's breeder. I can only hope this litter of pups remember and love me as much as McKenzie does Susan. After Dave got home from work we took everyone outside. Instead of huddling like on their first grass adventure, the pups now run, chase and explore.
Kaltag is keeping up with Cedar.
All this play is thirsty work. Maybe mom has something for us.
That did not work. How about Aunt McKenzie. Surely she will feed us.
