Count the Whelps

Koyuk is now 10 lbs heavier and went in for her pre-whelp X-ray to accurately determine how many pups she is expected to deliver. In spite of my warnings, the vet and techs were not expecting such a strong girl or one as determined not to lie still for strangers.
Here are the four resulting X-rays. To find the whelps, look for their skulls and/or spines. Hints: anything dark is not a pup and at least six are hanging out in the lower abdomen.

This picture is probably the best to start locating whelps.

If you locate more than 8 (not counting Koyuk herself), let me know. The are only 8 spigots at the milkbar so I might need to have bottles and formula on hand.
