Relief for Cabin Fever

The dogs and I have been going bonkers with cabin fever since I injured my ankle. Today we are above the valley fog and it is beautiful out. It is still cold but the gravel is no longer frozen to the ground which would be very hard on the dog's feet. I decided to grab the quad and take the dogs for a run.
They kicked up their heels...
and checked out every marked bush. We took a brief break on top of the ridge...
 then headed off again.
Still running at full speed after about two miles (not counting detours made to chase deer and squirrels).
Koyuk
 Cedar
 Trask with flying ears.
Back at the pond Cedar and Trask were worn out but Koyuk wanted to keep going.
I had not planned on going so far for a first run but there were so many downed trees across the trail that rather then again bashing the quad through the woods trying to get back around them, I cut across the ridge top and back down the road adding over a mile to our run.
