All of the BrownStone pack now have the CGC titles. Today Cedar passed her AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) exam with flying colors. I was concerned about her taking the test at this point in her pregnancy since she is a bit distracted and is very clingy. The test includes a section where the dog is held on a leash by a stranger while the owner hides for three minutes. The dog can not be anxious about being left or over excited. "Over excited" was not in her repertoire today. "Taking it easy" more describes her style. She sauntered at a casual pace on her recall and walk through the crowd sections.You can see by this picture that she has lost her waist. Her belly practically covers her feet when she sits. I know that she has at least one active one in there. Yesterday while I was listening to the whelp heartbeats, the diaphram on my stethoscope got a swift kick.
