Day 38

I was concerned the puppies would end up going for a swim in the dog pool since a leaky hose had fulled it full of water. Instead they used it as a water bowl however...

Pahto and Mazama found their way to the pond and proceeded to slip down the bank, fall in, and not be able to get back out and up. This was the first time I have been thankful for their very loud voices. Both Koyuk and I went running. I went into the water to pull them to safety. Koyuk took charge of dry-cleaning and comfort.

 Wet but OK.


Tomorrow is the big party. The puppies had to give up their shade shelter for a couple of days. I gave up taking puppy pictures to get the place ready.
